Rob Currie, Director, Corporate Environment, Health & Safety; Baxter Healthcare Corporation
Rob Currie is currently the Director of Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability with Baxter Healthcare Corporation and has been with Baxter for 29 years. He is primarily responsible for Baxter’s global environmental, sustainability and product stewardship programs. He is responsible for environmental engineering, compliance and proactive environmental programs globally. He also has primary responsibility for all product environmental compliance programs and proactive product stewardship programs. Recently, he assumed responsibility for the global Sustainability program.
Prior to working for Baxter, he worked for Shell Oil Company as a Process and Project Engineer for five years, and spent one year with an environmental consulting firm.
He has a B. S. in Chemical Engineering and an M. S. in Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana.
