Rick Taylor, Vice President EHS; Parker Hannifin Corp.
Rick Taylor Rick Taylor has been with Parker Hannifin Corporation, a Fortune 500 Company based in Cleveland, Ohio, for 28 years. Rick started at Parker as an environmental engineer and has progressed through various assignments within the group to the present position as their Corporate VP of Environmental, Health and Safety. He has enterprise responsibility for the Sustainability program, environmental stewardship program, safety, energy procurement, resource conservation, EHS compliance, new construction projects and the Parker Foundation program. Prior to joining Parker, Rick worked for BP America as a Research and Development engineer in the field of industrial pollution treatment systems.
Rick holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron, and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. He is presently a member of the Sustainable Cleveland Stewardship Council, the past President of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Environmental Managers, on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Northeast Region and the Board for the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Rick is a hiking and fishing enthusiast and he and his wife currently reside in Solon, Ohio.
