Nicole Wilkinson is the Director of the Corporate Environmental Department for CVS Health. Since 2012, she has been responsible for the management of environmental compliance programs for Hazardous Waste, Stormwater, Oil Storage, Recycling, Hazardous Materials Storage, Wastewater, and Air Permitting for the enterprise. Nicole focuses on integrating and operationalizing environmental compliance programs in support of business operations at over 9600 retail pharmacies, 20 Distribution Centers, 1100 Minute Clinics, 37 Specialty and Mail Order Pharmacies, and 160 Long Term Care Pharmacies.

Prior to joining CVS Health, she managed compliance programs for Dominion Power generation facilities in the Northeast and Midwest including the permitting and construction of air pollution control and cooling tower projects at the Brayton Point Power Station. Nicole spent ten years of her career as a civil & environmental engineering consultant helping commercial and industrial clients with innovative solutions for site design and environmental permitting services.

Nicole is a member of the NAEM Board of Directors and participates on the NAEM EHS Forum annual planning committee. She holds a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Roger Williams University and a M.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Rhode Island.
