Jean-Pierre Salgado the Global Director of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) for Oracle Corp. In this capacity, he leads EHS Program development, implementation and compliance for the company with more than 140,000 employees, in 200 countries worldwide.

I addition to the traditional areas for EHS under his direction, Mr. Salgado oversees the company's programs for ISO14000/14001, EHS Auditing, EHS Operational Excellence,  Risk Management & Resiliency Planning, Environmental Management of Electronic Products. He also supports the company’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A Due Diligence) and Sustainability (Waste Pillar) functions. He and his team are responsible for ensuring consistent EHS compliance across the global real estate portfolio and various lines of business at Oracle through EHS program integration.

Mr. Salgado draws from more than 25 years professional experience in environmental engineering, regulatory affairs and risk management. He holds degrees from the University of California, at Berkeley (BSc.) and the University of San Francisco (MSc.), in addition to post-graduate legal studies.
