Jean-Charles Lambotte, Director of Quality, Environmental Care, Safety and Maintenance; Volvo Construction Equipment North America
As Director of Quality, Environmental Care, Safety & Maintenance for Volvo CE North America, Jean-Charles Lambotte has 10 years of experience developing solutions to improve Volvo CE's sustainability efforts and improve production of Volvo's heavy duty construction equipment. Since joining Volvo CE in 2000, Jean-Charles has served in France, Poland and North America in various engineering and production roles before becoming the Director of Quality, Environmental, Safety & Maintenance at Volvo CE North America in Shippensburg, PA.
Jean-Charles is constantly striving to achieve zero defects, zero accidents and zero environmental impact for Volvo CE. Most recently, he led his team in developing the Cause and Effect Mapping program at Volvo CE's Shippensburg Operations, which was recognized as one of the best safety practices among all Volvo Group plants across the globe.
Jean-Charles holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon in France.
