Deborah Briggs, Director Environment, Health, Safety & Security; Polaris Industries Inc.
Deborah Briggs is the Corporate Director, Environment, Health, Safety and Security, for Polaris Industries. Polaris designs, engineers, manufactures and markets innovative, high quality off-road vehicles, including all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and the Polaris RANGER® and RZR® side-by-side vehicles, snowmobiles, motorcycles and on-road electric/hybrid powered vehicles.
Deborah joined Polaris to the lead the organizations EHS&S efforts in 2015. Prior to joining the Polaris team, she spent 21 years working for Cargill, Incorporated. Throughout her career she has worked across many disciplines including Quality Assurance, Production Supervision, Integration Management, Strategic Business Development and EHS Leadership.
She received her Bachelor's degree from Indiana University with a double major in Biology and Environmental Science and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from St Thomas University. Deborah also maintains her board certification in safety and certification in advanced project management.
