Dawn Horst joined Ingersoll Rand in 2005 and currently manages the Company’s EHS Compliance Assurance program which is aimed at reducing incidents and injuries, improving environmental performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable EHS regulations. In her current role, she has developed, implemented and maintains the Company’s global EHS management system and auditing program for use at the Company’s 300+ operating locations. She is a key member of the Company’s EHS Leadership team and has completed over 250 EHS compliance, management system, and due diligence audits and reviews in her career at locations all around the world. Prior to her work in EHS Compliance, Dawn led Ingersoll Rand’s environmental remediation, Superfund, due diligence and EHS-integration programs.

Dawn and her team also manage the Company’s EHS online software system currently used by Ingersoll Rand’s 40,000+ global employees. Her team plays an integral role in verifying and regularly reporting the Company’s safety and sustainability performance to internal and external (including DJSI and CDP) stakeholders.

Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand, Dawn spent 8 years in the environmental consulting and engineering field where she managed projects related to site investigation, remediation and due diligence.

Dawn received a BS degree in Biology from Lehigh University and an MS degree in Environmental Science from Long Island University – CW Post.
