Christine Kurtz is the Environmental Regulatory Assurance Manager in 3M's corporate Environmental Operations group in St. Paul, MN. Christine manages a team of environmental professionals to ensure 3M appropriately manages regulatory compliance at manufacturing sites globally, while also supporting business growth, environmental stewardship, operational flexibility and employee development. Prior to 3M, Christine was in consulting and manufacturing working for Trinity Consultants and Kimberly-Clark, respectively. She served as Office Manager and Managing Consultant in Trinity's Minneapolis office, where she assisted clients with state and federal air permitting and compliance, air emissions quantification, and regulatory applicability analyses. At Kimberly-Clark, she was the Environmental Manager of a pulp and paper manufacturing facility. Christine has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and industrial operations with multi-media environmental management, process engineering, and project management experience.

Christine earned her M.S. in Project Management from the City University of Seattle and her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
