Beth A.M. Termini, Senior Director, Environment & Sustainability; Amtrak
Beth is the Senior Director of Amtrak's Environment & Sustainability Group which is part of the Law Department. The Group focuses on facilitating compliance across the company's operations with federal and state environmental legal and regulatory requirements; advancing sustainability within Amtrak operations and business processes; and leading key environmental clean-up, construction and pollution prevention projects.
Prior to joining Amtrak, Beth was a Senior Advisor for Sustainable Strategies and Execution to the Horinko Group and spent 23 years with the US Environmental Protection Agency as a Senior Advisor with the Office of Policy and a Senior Assistant Regional Counsel with the Region III Office of Regional Counsel. She received a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Temple Law School.
